The cold process preserves natural glycerine — the moisturising byproduct of saponification that commercial soap manufacturers extract and sell separately, leaving commercial bars harsh and drying.
Turmeric & Curcumin: Turmeric contains curcumin — one of the most researched natural anti-inflammatory and skin-brightening compounds. Topical application of curcumin has been shown to inhibit tyrosinase (the enzyme responsible for melanin overproduction), reducing hyperpigmentation, dark spots, and post-inflammatory discolouration.
