Delivery Timelines

• Mumbai, Thane, Navi Mumbai, Kalyan, Dombivli: 1–2 business days
• Maharashtra (other cities): 2–4 business days
• All other states across India: 3–7 business days
• Remote/rural areas: 5–10 business days

Shipping Charges

• Orders above ₹499 — FREE shipping
• Orders below ₹499 — Flat ₹60 shipping fee

Packaging

All products are packed in food-grade, leak-proof packaging. Oils are packed in dark glass/PET bottles to preserve quality. Fragile items are bubble-wrapped and packed with extra care.

Order Processing

Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST on weekdays are processed the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM or on weekends are processed the next business day.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, we'll send the tracking number via WhatsApp (+91 99675 03795). You can also use our Order Tracking Page or WhatsApp us your Order ID.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

In the rare case of a damaged or lost shipment, please contact us within 48 hours of expected delivery. We will arrange a free replacement or refund immediately.
