Our Organic Garam Masala is a whole-spice blend of 12 organic spices: cardamom, cloves, cinnamon, black pepper, cumin, coriander, nutmeg, mace, star anise, bay leaves, and dried red chilli. Each spice is sourced individually from its best-growing region, then stone-ground together for a complex, layered flavour profile.
Commercial garam masala often contains fillers (wheat flour, rice flour, salt), expired stock, and low-grade spices. Ours is 100% whole spices, ground fresh in small batches for maximum aroma.
