Traditional Jaggery Cubes are made by slow-cooking concentrated sugarcane juice over low heat until it reaches the ideal crystallisation point, then pouring into cube moulds. This traditional slow-cooking process develops a complex caramel-like flavour that instant-heat methods cannot replicate.
The slower cooking also allows more complete caramelisation of natural sugars, giving the jaggery a deeper, richer taste. Our cubes are made without any binding agents, artificial colour, or preservatives — just pure sugarcane juice, cooked and set.
