🍯Our Tulsi Honey is collected from bees that feed primarily on Holy Basil (Ocimum sanctum) flowers. Tulsi is revered in Ayurveda for its adaptogenic, antimicrobial, and immunity-modulating properties — and these properties carry into the honey collected from its flowers.
Studies have shown tulsi extracts to have antiviral activity against a range of pathogens. Regular consumption of tulsi honey in warm water is a traditional Ayurvedic immune-strengthening ritual.
